河北省粮农土地托管行为的影响因素及参与路径研究

摘　　要：以土地规模化与服务规模化并存为特征的土地托管是推动粮农与现代化农业有机衔接的新型发展道路。基于拓展的TPB理论分析框架,选取河北省五个典型地区的320份粮农调研数据,文中从纵向和横向相结合的视角,利用结构方程模型和组态路径模型方法研究粮农参与土地托管的组态路径。研究结果:1)粮农行为态度、主观规范、知觉行为控制对粮农土地托管意愿具有显著正向促进作用。2)交易费用和风险感知对粮农参与土地托管意愿及托管行为具有负向影响。3)风险感知在交易费用对托管意愿的影响中存在中介效应。4)粮农参与土地托管的行为逻辑存在四条组态路径,分别是成本收益型、风险规避型、组织驱动型及认知诱导型。基于以上结论,文中从提高粮农的土地托管认知水平、发挥集体经济的统筹带动作用、完善土地托管的配套制度等方面提出对策建议。Land trusteeship, marked by the concurrent large-scale land and service provision, represents a novel developmental pathway facilitating the integration of small-scale grain farmers with modern agriculture. Utilizing the expanded TPB theoretical framework, this study analyzes the data from 320 grain farmers gathered across five representative regions in Hebei Province. By employing both vertical and horizontal perspectives, the structural equation modeling and configuration path modeling are applied to explore the configuration pathways in farmers' engagement in land trusteeship. Findings indicate: 1) Farmers' behavioral attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control significantly and positively influence their willingness to engage in land trusteeship. 2) Transaction costs and risk perception negatively affect farmers' willingness to engage in land trusteeship and their actual trusteeship behaviors. 3) Risk perception mediates the effect of transaction costs on the willingness to engage in trusteeship. 4)There are four configuration paths in the behavior logic of grain farmer's participation in land trusteeship, namely cost-benefit, risk-avoidance, organization-driven and cognitive-induced. Based on the aforementioned conclusions, the article offers countermeasures and suggestions, focusing on enhancing grain farmers' awareness of land trusteeship, leveraging the coordinating and driving role of the collective economy, and refining the supporting systems for land trusteeship.
