摘　　要：为确保渔业的健康和可持续发展,文章针对云南省罗平县在渔政执法工作中所面临的主要问题进行了系统性的梳理与分析,并据此提出了一系列针对性的解决策略与建议,供各地参考。In order to effectively improve the safety and quality of aquatic products and protect the legitimate interests of fishermen,the actions of fishery administrative law enforcement personnel are aimed at curbing illegal fishing activities such as poisoning and electric shock,so as to protect the aquatic ecological environment and ensure the health and sustainable development of fisheries.This paper systematically sorts out and analyzes the main problems faced by the grass-roots units represented by Luoping County in Yunnan Province in the process of fishery administration law enforcement,and puts forward a series of targeted solutions and suggestions for reference.
