摘 要:为实时监测秸秆还田机运行状态,避免由剧烈振动导致的轴承磨损或主轴变形所引发的重大事故和财产损失,基于LabVIEW设计了一套用于秸秆还田机振动监测与分析系统。以开元刀神1JH-185秸秆还田机为研究对象,利用ANSYS进行结构模态分析,确定机壳中部和刀辊轴端部为振动监测最佳位置点。硬件系统由振动传感器310A-80、数据采集卡USB8814组成。软件系统基于LabVIEW平台,包括数据采集、数据分析与处理和数据管理三部分。对振动信号进行时域、频域分析和原始数据的时频处理来提取信号的特征和信息。通过与江苏东华DHDAS5902动态信号采集分析系统进行实验室简支梁振动测试对比试验,得到两系统的振幅均稳定在-0.4~0.4 V之间,振幅误差小,曲线接近。该系统的功能和精度满足秸秆还田机的振动监测与预警需求。In order to monitor the operating status of the straw returning machine in real time and avoid major accidents and property losses caused by bearing wear or spindle deformation caused by severe vibration,a vibration monitoring and analysis system for the straw returning machine was designed based on LabVIEW.Taking Kaiyuan Daoshen 1JH-185 straw returning machine as the research object,ANSYS was used to conduct structural modal analysis and determine the best locations for vibration monitoring at the middle part of the casing and the end of the cutter roller shaft.The hardware system was consisted of vibration sensor 310A-80 and data acquisition card USB8814.The software system was based on the LabVIEW platform and included three parts of data collection,data analysis and processing,and data management.The characteristics and information of the signal were extracted with time domain and frequency domain analysis on the vibration signal and time-frequency processing of the original data.The simply supported beam vibration test was performed on Jiangsu Donghua DHDAS5902 dynamic signal acquisition and analysis system in the laboratory for comparative experiments,it was found that the amplitudes of the two systems were stable between-0.4~0.4 V with small amplitude errors and close curves.The function and accuracy of the system meet the vibration monitoring and early warning requirements of the straw return machine.
