摘 要:液化天然气(LNG)接收站属危化品行业,在日常运营中可能存在一些安全隐患,其安全评价体系及安全预警模型的研究有十分重要的意义。本文基于行业内的相关文献,结合温州某LNG接收站的实际运营情况,建立了LNG接收站安全评价体系,确立了安全预警等级和警限。同时,运用组合赋权法对可拓理论进行修正后获得了科学的权重计算方法及改良的安全评价模型。最后引用实际案例验证模型方法,获得了符合实际运行情况的安全评价结果,证明该安全评价模型具有一定的参考价值,能够为LNG接收站的安全运营做出及时预警。Liquefied natural gas(LNG)receiving station belongs to the hazardous chemical industry,there may be some safety risks in the daily operation,the study of its safety evaluation system and safety early warning model is of great significance.Based on the relevant literature in the industry,combined with the actual operation of Wenzhou LNG receiving station,this paper establishes the safety evaluation system of LNG receiving station,and establishes the safety warning level and alarm limit.At the same time,a scientific weight calculation method and an improved safety evaluation model are obtained after the extension theory is modified by the combinatorial weighting method.Finally,a practical case is cited to verify the model method,and the safety evaluation results in line with the actual operation are obtained,which proves that the safety evaluation model has certain reference value and can make timely warning for the safe operation of LNG receiving stations.
