定型蓄热相变板的清洁制备及性能研究

摘　　要：随着“碳达峰、碳中和”思路和举措的进一步明确,以及建设新型电力系统目标的提出,电能占终端能源消费中的比重持续增加。本文采用了固相挤出法制备了一种定型蓄热相变板,经测试相变焓值是102kJ/kg,相变峰值26.05℃。热稳定性高于固液相变材料基材,125℃下不泄露、不变色。自主搭建了温室模型,在材料重量体积比为3.6kg/m^(3)条件下,含有相变板的箱体温度在11h内高于空白箱体,平均温差是1℃,最高2.9℃。通过经济测算,投资回报期约为4年,减碳效果显著。With the further clarification of the ideas and initiatives of‘carbon peak,carbon neutral’and the proposal of the goal of building a new type of electric power system,the proportion of electric energy in the end energy consumption continues to increase.In this paper,a shaped heat storage phase change plate was prepared by solid phase extrusion method,and the enthalpy of phase change was tested to be 102kJ/kg with a peak phase change value of 26.05℃.The thermal stability was higher than that of solid-liquid phase change plate.The thermal stability was higher than that of the solid-liquid phase change material substrate,and there was no leakage or discolouration at 125℃.Self-constructed greenhouse model,in the material weight to volume ratio of 3.6kg/m^(3) conditions,the temperature of the box containing the phase change plate is higher than the blank box in 11h,the average temperature difference is 1℃,the highest 2.9℃.The payback period is about 4 years through economic calculation,and the carbon reduction effect is significant.
