摘 要:针对引水式电站压力爆裂钢管,通过无损检测和超声检查等方式进行了诊断分析。采用三维激光扫描、金属磁记忆、渗透检测等方法探究了电站压力钢管爆裂原因并提出解决方案。钢管爆裂失效是由于表面直焊缝上存在大量的焊接缺陷导致其有效承载面积减小,抗裂纹扩展能力差;钢管表面也存在腐蚀缺陷,进一步加速了钢管的失稳爆裂。建议加强对焊缝的无损检测是排除焊缝缺陷的有效手段。The diagnosis and analysis of pressure burst steel pipes in water diversion power plants through non-destructive testing and ultrasonic inspection are discussed.The reasons for the burst of pressure steel pipes in power plants were investigated by using methods such as 3D laser scanning,metal magnetic memory,and penetration testing,and corresponding solutions were proposed.The presence of a large number of welding defects on the surface of the straight weld led to the burst failure of steel pipes,resulting in a decrease in their effective bearing area and poor resistance to crack propagation,There are also corrosion defects on the surface of steel pipe,which further accelerates the instability and burst of the steel pipe.It is recommended to execute more strict nondestructive check on welds as an effective means of eliminating weld defects.
