摘 要:针对某燃煤电厂超临界直流锅炉启动时所出现的过热器管壁超温问题,目前主要采取频繁投入喷水减温器的措施进行缓解,未能从根本上解决问题。基于该锅炉的实际运行数据,分析认为过热器超温原因主要为水煤比失调、给水温度过低、一次风压偏高,给水流量过大、二次风量过大、减温水量过小。结合工程实际运行情况针对性地提出以下治理措施,主要为提高给水温度、控制锅炉给水流量、降低一次风压、减小二次风量、合理供给燃料量、合理使用减温水及燃烧器摆角。实践表明,采取措施后能有效解决了燃煤电厂锅炉机组实际运行过程中过热器超温问题。Aiming at the problem of overheating of the superheater tube wall during the start-up of a supercritical once-through boiler in a coal-fired power plant,at present,measures are mainly taken to alleviate the problem by frequently using water spray desuperheaters,but the problem cannot be fundamentally solved.Based on the actual operating data of the boiler,it is believed that the main reasons for the overheating of the superheater are the imbalance of the water-to-coal ratio,too low feedwater temperature,high primary air pressure,excessively large feedwater flow,excessively large secondary air volume,and too small cooling water volume.Further combined with the actual operation of the project,the following control measures are put forward in a targeted manner,mainly to increase the temperature of feed water,control the flow of boiler feed water,reduce the primary air pressure,reduce the secondary air volume,supply fuel reasonably,use desuperheating water and burner swing angle reasonably.Practice has shown that after taking measures,the problem of superheater overheating in the actual operation of coal-fired power plant boiler units has been effectively solved.
