摘 要:某电厂1050MW超超临界锅炉在深度调峰运行中易出现屏式过热器超温现象,屏过壁温超温最高达696℃,壁温超温威胁机组安全运行。本文介绍屏式过热器超温案例相似特征,探讨和分析屏式过热器壁温超温原因,结合机组运行操控经验,提出了1050MW超超临界锅炉深度调峰运行汽温调整注意事项和屏式过热器管壁超温控制方法。近2年的运行实践表明,机组深度调峰时锅炉低负荷状态运行良好,优化后的汽温调整和壁温控制方法效果显著,屏过壁温的最高值和波动幅度降低达20℃,该厂此后较严重屏过壁温超温事件未曾发生。The 1050MW ultra-supercritical boiler in a certain power plant is prone to overheating of the platen superheater during deep load modulation operation.The highest wall temperature of the platen superheater can reach up to 696℃,and the wall temperature overheating poses a threat to the safe operation of the unit.This paper introduces the similar characteristics of the overheating cases of the platen superheater,discusses and analyzes the causes of the wall temperature overheating of the platen superheater,and proposes precautions for steam temperature adjustment and control methods for the wall temperature of the platen superheater during the deep load modulation operation of the 1050MW ultra-supercritical boiler,combined with the experience of unit operation and control.The operation practice in the past two years has shown that when the unit is in deep load modulation and the boiler operates at low load,the optimized steam temperature adjustment and wall temperature control methods are significantly effective.The highest value and fluctuation range of the platen superheater wall temperature have been reduced by up to 20℃,and no serious platen superheater wall temperature overheating incidents have occurred since then at the plant.
