摘 要:大食物观与大农业观、大健康观密不可分,与农业新质生产力、农业强国建设紧密相连,是对人民的食物来源、营养摄取、多元供给和安全保障的一种全新立体认识。文章基于最新数据图表与整体分析,大食物观主要是从坚持以人民为中心、增进民生福祉,保障粮食安全、维护社会稳定,建设农业强国、推动农业现代化,保护生态环境、实现永续发展等方面进行的战略考量。深入贯彻大食物观推进农业强国建设,必须从全方位开发食物资源、深化农业供给侧改革、培育农业新质生产力、充分利用国内外市场、强化社会共识等方面持续聚焦发力,强化践行大食物观的农业保障、制度支持、动力支撑、市场保障和社会合力。The big food concept is inextricably linked to the big agriculture concept and the big health concept,and is closely linked to the new quality agricultural productivity and the construction of an agricultural power.It is a new understanding of people’s food sources,nutritional intake,diversified supply,and security guarantee.Based on the latest data charts and overall analysis,the big food concept is mainly a strategic consideration in terms of adhering to the people-centered approach,improving people’s well-being,ensuring grain security,maintaining social stability,promoting the construction of an agricultural power and the modernization of agriculture,protecting the ecological environment,and achieving sustainable development.To Deeply implement the big food concept to promote the construction of an agricultural power,requires continuously focusing on developing food resources from all aspects,deepening agricultural supply side reform,cultivating new quality agricultural productivity,making full use of domestic and foreign markets,and strengthening social consensus,so as to strengthen the agricultural guarantee,institutional support,dynamic support,market guarantee,and social cohesion for the implementation of the big food concept.
