摘 要:对马钢炼焦总厂顶装焦炉所用炼焦煤进行筛分,通过研究粒级变化对炼焦煤的黏结性和结焦性的影响,在实际生产中利用技术攻关改变粉碎工艺,来调整各煤样的粒级及粒级分布,调控配合煤的细度;结合生产数据分析配合煤细度与堆密度及其性质之间的关系,以及配合煤细度调整对焦炉生产、环保操作、孔焦量及焦炭质量的影响。从而优化调节各煤种的粒级及分布,选择合适的配合煤细度指标,以此来提高焦炭的产量和质量。This paper expounded screening of coal for cokemaking to be used for top-charge battery of Masteel Coking Plant.By studying the influence of particle size changes on the bonding and coking properties of coal.Technical breakthroughs were made to change the crushing process in actual production to adjust the particle size and its distribution of each coal sample,and regulate the fineness of the coal blends;based on production data,analysis has been made for the co-relation among coal fineness,bulk density,and their properties,as well as the impact of adjusting coal fineness on coke oven production,environmental protection operations,coke output per oven and coke quality as well.Thus the particle size and distribution of various coal kinds can be optimized with appropriate coal fineness indicators so as to improve the yield and quality of c oke.
