摘 要:针对氨水产品浓度波动大而无法稳定达到顾客使用要求的问题,结合磷酸吸氨生产浓氨水的工艺原理和流程,对影响氨水浓度的主要因素进行了分析,找到了回流工艺和冷凝工艺两个主要问题,研究制定了工艺改进措施。实施后,回流工艺满足了塔顶温度控制要求,冷凝后氨水温度亦满足了常压储存要求,使氨水浓度稳定达到顾客要求的20%以上。This paper aims to address the issue of unstable ammonia water concentration that fails to meet user’s requirements.Based on the principles and processes of producing concentrated ammonia water through phosphoric acid absorption,the main factors affecting ammonia water concentration are analyzed.Two primary issues are identified in the reflux and condensation processes,and process improvement measures are developed.After implementation,the reflux process met the absorber top temperature control requirements,and the condensed ammonia water temperature satisfied atmospheric storage requirements,with a stabilized ammonia water concentration of above 20%as required by the users.
