摘  要:焦炉煤气中总硫含量的测定没有相关相关国家标准,我公司利用现有仪器进行新方法研发,选用了带开关阀的定量气体进样针,实现了气体定量进样,同时通过调节仪器实验参数,找出最为稳定合理的实验参数,采用硫化氢标气作为总硫标气,制作总硫含量校正曲线,通过该校正曲线实现焦炉煤气中总硫含量的测定。该项目关键技术是利用紫外荧光法测定原理测定焦炉煤气中总硫含量,测定结果和气体总硫含量有着较好的线性关系。经实验论证,该法有着较好的准确度和精密度,操作简便,检测成本低,解决了焦炉煤气中总硫无法检测难题。为实时检测脱硫工艺的运行效果提供了极具价值的数据支持。There are no national standards for determining total sulfur content in coke oven gas.Our company developed a new method using existing instruments,employing a quantitative gas sampling needle with a switch valve to achieve quantitative gas sampling.Through adjustment of experimental parameters,the most stable and reasonable parameters were identified.Using hydrogen sulfide standard gas as total sulfur standard gas,a calibration curve was established to determine the total sulfur content in coke oven gas.The key technology lies in using UV fluorescence spectrometry to determine the total sulfur content in coke oven gas.The results exhibit a good linear correlation with the total sulfur content in the gas.Experimental validation has demonstrated that this method possesses high accuracy and precision,simple operation,and low detection costs,tackling the impossible total sulfur detection in coke oven gas.This provides valuable data support for real-time monitoring of desulfurizati on process effectiveness.
