摘　　要：介绍了1种在线清洗板式换热器的新工艺,经实践证明,此工艺可实现对板式换热器的在线清洗,对确保终冷塔煤气出口温度,降低人员劳动强度,减少设备维修费用等方面具有较大的参考价值。A new process for Clean-in-Place(CIP)of plate heat exchangers is introduced in this paper.It has been proven through practice that this technique enables CIP of plate type heat exchangers,which has significant reference value in ensuring the gas temperature at outlet of final cooler,reducing the physical strain on workers,and cutting down equipment maintenance costs.
