摘　　要：刘杲属于当代中国出版领袖群体,这一定性评价是展开研究的逻辑起点。刘杲的思想文本有笔记特征和典范文本性,其问题意识围绕改革开放而展开,思想问题导向非常鲜明。直面改革开放出版实践的问与答构成了刘杲出版思想的基本形式;出版改革、出版开放、出版政府、出版企业合成了刘杲出版思想的四维结构。刘杲作为出版法起草小组组长的思想和实践深度见证中国出版改革的历史进程,《关于出版改革总提法的建议》是他思想的总纲领。现代化是刘杲出版思想的向往与视域,表征了他思想的深广度,启发研究者在现代化视域中开展研究。“融汇世道和学道”是刘杲出版思想的总体特征,原则性强而又能得到普遍尊敬是刘杲特有的个人魅力,他内在的思想、精神资源源于“融汇世道和学道”。Liu Gao is considered a leader in contemporary Chinese publishing,and this qualitative evaluation is the logical starting point for the research.Liu Gao's writings exhibit characteristics of notes and exemplary texts.His problem consciousness always revolves around Reform and Opening up.His thought process is distinctly problem-oriented,directly addressing the questions and answers of publishing practice during the reform and opening-up period,forming the basic structure of Liu Gao's publishing thoughts.Publishing reform,publishing opening-up,publishing government,and publishing enterprises synthesize the four-dimensional structure of Liu Gao's publishing thought.As the leader of the drafting group for the publishing law?Liu Gao's thoughts and practices profoundly witness the historical process of China's publishing reform.His"Suggestions on the General Concept of Publishing Reform"serves as the general program of his thoughts.Modernization is the aspiration and vision of Liu Gao's publishing thoughts,reflecting the depth and breadth of his ideas,and inspiring researchers to conduct studies within the modernization perspective."Integrating the World and Academic Paths"is the overall characteristic of Liu Gao's publishing thoughts.His strong principles and universal respect are unique personal charms,with his internal thoughts and spiritual support stemming from"integrating the world and academic paths.
