摘 要:【目的】明晰水肥对高寒荒漠区优势种珍珠猪毛菜(Salsola passerina)生长的影响。【方法】本研究选取高寒荒漠区珍珠猪毛菜典型群落,设置复合肥添加(F)、水与复合肥添加(W+F)处理和对照(CK),分析珍珠猪毛菜根、茎、叶非结构性碳与碳:氮:磷计量特征的变化。【结果】珍珠猪毛菜群落的植被盖度在W+F下相对于F和CK增加了52.7%和432.9%,单株总生物量在F下相对于CK和W+F增加了44.5%和69.7%;淀粉、氮和磷在受水肥添加后差异显著(P<0.05),可溶性糖、非结构性碳和全C在各器官间受水肥添加差异不显著,且各器官间氮磷比小于14;非结构性碳与碳:氮:磷计量比关系表明根和茎内可溶性糖、茎和叶内淀粉与植物全氮呈负相关,茎内可溶性糖和叶内可溶性糖、淀粉与植物全磷呈正相关。【结论】高寒荒漠区珍珠猪毛菜并不是在W+F下越有利于干物质积累,该地区植物体生长主要受氮的限制,且珍珠猪毛菜可通过氮和磷含量的变化调整非结构性碳的构成和分配从而适应干旱生境。【Objective】Water and fertilizer are criticalfactors restricting the growth of plants in the alpine desert ecosystem in the northern foothills of the Qilian Mountains.This study aimed to investigate the effect of water and fertilizer on the growth of Salsola passerina,the dominant species in the alpine desert area.【Method】In this study,typical communities of Salsola passerina were selected in the alpine desert area,with three treatments applied:compound fertilizer addition(F),water and compound fertilizer addition(W+F)treatment,and control(CK).Changes of non-structural carbon of roots,stems and leaves of Salsola passerina and the measurement characteristics of ratio of carbon:nitrogen:phosphorus were analyzed.【Result】The results showed that the vegetation cover of the Salsola pas⁃serina community increased by 52.7%and 432.9%under W+F compared to F and CK,respectively.The total biomass per plant increased by 44.5%and 69.7%under F compared to CK and W+F,respectively.There were significant differences in the addition of starch,nitrogen and phosphorus(P<0.05),while soluble sugar,non-structural carbon,and whole C were not significantly different in the addition of water and fertilizer.The nitrogen:phosphorus ratio was consistently<14 between organs.The relationship between non-structural carbon and carbon:nitrogen:phosphorus measurement ratio showed that soluble sugars in roots and stems,starch in stems and leaves were negatively correlated with total plant nitrogen,while soluble sugars in stems,leaves,and starch were positively correlated with total phosphorus in plants.【Conclusion】The growth of Salsola passerina in alpine desert areas is not significantly enhanced by W+F nitrogen limitation.Salsola passerina is adapted to arid habitats by adjusting the composition and allocation of non-structural carbon through changes in nitrogen and phosphorus content.
