摘 要:现有分注工艺与油田信息化融合差,分注测调工作量大,分层数据、分注状况无法实时掌握,数据无法共享,开展了井下无缆在线智能分注技术研究,重点研究了注水井井筒压力波数据双向传输技术及智能配水器的性能。在数据传输方面,采用波码实现井下智能配水器和地面设备的通信,控制井下配水器水嘴动作、接收井下分层注水参数,实现了井下配水器的远程调配及监控,形成了油田注水的井下无缆在线智能分注技术,为油田注水系统融入信息化、建设智能化数字油田打下坚实基础。The integration of existing injection dispensing technology and oilfield informatization is poor,and the workload of injection dispensing testing and adjustment is heavy,layered data and injection dispensing status can't be grasped in real time,and data can't be shared.The research of downhole cable-free online intelligent injection dispensing technology is carried out.The focus is on the research of bidirectional transmission technology of pressure wave data in water injection wells and the capability of intelligent water distributors.In terms of data transmission,wave code is used to achieve communication between downhole intelligent water distributors and surface equipment,control the water nozzle action of the downhole water distributor and accept the parameters of the downhole layered water injection.The remote allocation and monitoring of the downhole water distributor are realized,downhole cable-free intelligent water injection dispensing technology is formed.A solid foundation for the integration of the water injection system into oilfield informatization and the construction of intelligent digital oilfields is laid.
