摘 要:压裂砂液罐的智能化改进是提升压裂作业效率与安全性的重要研究方向。着重研讨了其智能化改进的方法与配置,在压裂智能化领域,深入探究借助先进技术达成对压裂过程的精准控制及优化。引入数字信息化、大数据建模措施,显著增强了数据采集处理和传输的效率与精准度,并为现场施工砂液调配提供合理化方案。通过对实际案例和实验数据的剖析,证实了所提智能化改进方法和配置的有效性及可行性。在川渝页岩气区块压裂现场应用中,采用该智能化改进方法后,平均压裂作业效率提升了16%,成本降低了7.8%,因人工操作失误导致的故障发生率也大幅减少。该研究为压裂砂液罐的智能化发展提供了坚实的理论基础和实践参照。Intelligent improvement of fracturing sand liquid tanks is an important research direction for enhancing the efficiency and safety of fracturing operations.The methods and configurations for intelligent improvement are discussed with stress.In the field of fracturing intelligence,the use of advanced technologies to achieve precise control and optimization of the fracturing process is deeply explored.The introduction of digital informatization and big data modeling measures significantly enhances the efficiency and accuracy of data collection,processing and transmission.It provides rational solutions for on-site construction of sand liquid mixing.Through the analysis of actual cases and experimental data,the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed intelligent improvement methods and configurations are confirmed.In the fracturing field application of the Sichuan-Chongqing shale gas block,after adopting the intelligent improvement method,the average fracturing operation efficiency is increased by 16%.The costs are reduced by 7.8%.The rate of faults caused by manual operation errors is also greatly reduced.The study provides a solid theoretical foundation and practical reference for the intelligent development of fracturing sand liquid tanks.
