摘  要:为了解不同根瘤菌混合接种对蒙农S007饲用大豆的影响,并筛选出与蒙农S007匹配性高的根瘤菌组合,选择3株分离自试验地种植小区中蒙农S007根部根瘤的根瘤菌,在室内无菌蛭石条件下,将根瘤菌接种到蒙农S007上,30 d后测定蒙农S007的地上生长指标、地下生长指标、根瘤特征、叶绿素含量和植株全氮含量,对各指标进行相关性分析与主成分分析,评价不同根瘤菌组合对蒙农S007的影响,筛选与蒙农S007匹配性最高的根瘤菌组合。结果表明:蒙农S007与不同根瘤菌组合的共生匹配性和固氮能力存在差异;接种根瘤菌后,蒙农S007叶绿素含量、根瘤重、植株全氮含量与地上生物量呈显著正相关;对各根瘤菌组合接种下,蒙农S007各生长指标进行主成分分析并进行综合排名,相较于单一根瘤菌接种,根瘤菌混合接种下的植株得分更高,处理G(Sf-8+Sf-74+Sf-134)下的植株综合表现最优。结果表明接种Sf-8、Sf-74和Sf-134根瘤菌组合能显著增加蒙农S007固氮效应,促进蒙农S007叶片叶绿素含量、植株全氮含量、株高、根瘤数、根瘤重、根长和地下生物量的增加,从而使得蒙农S007地上生物量显著增加。In order to investigate the impact of mixed inoculation of different rhizobia on hybrid forage soybean Mengnong S007 and to identify rhizobial combinations that exhibit high compatibility with Mengnong S007.Three rhizobacterial strains isolated from Mengnong S007 rhizomes in the experimental site′s planting plots were selected and inoculated onto the experimental materials in sterile vermiculite under controlled conditions.30 days later,we measured the aboveground and belowground growth indexes,rhizome characteristics,chlorophyll content,and total nitrogen content of the plants in Mengnong S007.We then performed correlation and principal component analyses on these indexes to evaluate the effects of different combinations of rhizobacteria on Mengnong S007.The results showed that Mengnong S007 had the highest correlation with specific rhizobacterial combinations.The study found that the symbiotic matching and nitrogen fixation capacity of Mengnong S007 varied with different rhizobial combinations.Following inoculation with rhizobia,there was a significant positive correlation between the chlorophyll content,rhizome weight,plant total nitrogen content,and aboveground biomass of Mengnong S007.Principal component analysis was conducted on the growth indexes of Mengnong S007 with various rhizobial combinations of inoculation.The comprehensive ranking showed that the plants scored higher in the rhizobial mixture of inoculation compared to single rhizobia inoculation.Treatment G(Sf-8+Sf-74+Sf-134)resulted in the highest scores.Compared to single rhizobial inoculation,treatment G resulted in the highest plant scores and overall performance.Inoculating with Sf-8,Sf-74 and Sf-134 rhizobia combination significantly increased the nitrogen fixation effect of Mengnong S007,as well as promoting an increase in chlorophyll content of Mengnong S007 leaves,total nitrogen content of the plant,plant height,number of rhizomes,rhizome weight,root length,and below-ground biomass,and led to a significant increase in the aboveground bio
