摘 要:采用总可滴定胺法分析了聚丙烯酰胺树脂样品的交联度。热重红外联用谱图测定表明样品中未交联胺在300℃之前分解,交联胺在300℃后分解,利用滴定不同温度下样品不同的分解产物来测定交联胺的比值,确定样品的交联度。利用差式扫描量热法对样品交联度的结果做对照,根据两种方法结果的相对标准偏差来评估总可滴定胺方法的准确度。结果表明,总可滴定胺法结果均值为15.27%±0.13%,RSD值为0.82%。总可滴定胺方法与差示扫描量热法结果基本一致,而且精密度优于差示扫描量热法。实验结果证明:所使用的总可滴定胺法可以作为测定聚丙烯酰胺树脂的交联度的方法。可以为测定其他合成含氮高分子材料的交联度提供一个方法的试验依据。In this paper,the cross-linking degree of polyacrylamide resin samples has been ana-lyzed by total titrable amine method.First,the decomposition temperature of amines in poly-acrylamide resin is determined by thermogravimetry-infrared spectroscopy.The results show that the uncross-linked amines decomposed before 300℃and the uncross-linked amines decom-pose after 300℃.The degree of cross-linking sample is determined by using titration of differ-ent decomposition products of the sample at different temperatures to determine the ratio of cross-linked amines.The results of cross-linking degree of samples were compared by DSC,and the accuracy of the total titrable amine method was evaluated according to the relative stan-dard deviation of the results of the two methods.The results showed that the mean value of the total titrable amine method is 15.27%±0.13%and RSD is 0.82%.The results of the total titrable amine method is basically consistent with DSC method,and the relative standard devia-tion of the method is less than 1%,indicating good reproducibility and precision.The results show that the total titrable amine method can be used to determine the cross-linking degree of polyacrylamide resin.It can provide a test basis for measuring the cross-linking degree of other synthetic nitrogenous polymer materials.
