摘 要:钢轨焊缝是铁路线路中最复杂结构之一,焊缝处的轮轨力特性显著区别于其他区域。基于某高速铁路客运专线钢轨焊缝处的轮轨力监测数据,分析了不同行车速度和车厢位置的轮轨力特性;引入非线性混沌理论对钢轨焊缝处轮轨力进行微观分析,实现了对轮轨力特性的多层次分析。研究表明:钢轨焊缝处行车面与导向面平直度变化量分别为0.174 mm和0.370 mm;在这种线路条件下,不同行车速度的轮轨力特性存在差异,钢轨焊缝处列车的最不利通过速度为200~220 km/h;不同车厢位置的轮轨力特性也存在差异,列车头部和尾部车厢处轮重减载率是其他车厢的1.261倍。引入关联维数对不同工况下焊缝处轮轨力进行微观分析,验证宏观轮轨力特性,完成了对钢轨焊缝位置轮轨力特性的宏微观综合评价。Rail weld is one of the most complex structures in railway lines,and the wheel-rail force characteristics at the weld are significantly different from those in other areas.Based on wheel-rail force monitoring data at the rail weld of a high-speed passenger line,this study analyzes the wheel-rail force characteristics of different train speeds and carriage positions.The nonlinear chaos theory is introduced to carry out microscopic analysis of the wheel-rail force at the rail weld,enabling the multi-level analysis of the wheel-rail force characteristics.The results show that the changes in the flatness of the running surface and the guiding surface at the rail weld are 0.174 mm and 0.370 mm,respectively.Under this line condition,there are differences in the wheel-rail force characteristics of different passage speeds,and the most unfavorable train speed at the rail weld is 200~220 km/h.There are also differences of the wheel-rail force characteristics in different carriage positions,and the wheel weight reduction rate of the front and rear carriages is 1.261 times greater than that of other carriages.Furthermore,the correlation dimension is introduced for microscopic analysis of the wheel-rail force at the welds under various operating conditions,validating the macroscopic wheel-rail force characteristics.The wheel-rail force characteristics at the rail weld are comprehensively evaluated from macro and micro aspects.
