摘 要:为深入探究疑难客体的摆放位置、镀金量、浸泡时间等因素对真空镀膜技术显现效果的影响,通过控制变量法,采用睿鹰VMD900型真空镀膜仪深入分析了各因素的影响程度,同时将真空镀膜技术与表面等离子共振技术、油红O技术进行了对比实验。结果显示:在客体的纵向摆放位置中,距离腔门至底部3.8~15.0 cm范围内的手印显现效果较清晰且连续;镀金量对手印显现的影响较大;当手印较新时,选用3~4 mm的金丝长度最佳,而对于浸水或陈旧的手印,金丝长度最好不要超过2 mm,并且要保证镀金均匀;真空镀膜技术在各疑难客体上显现的手印比其他两种技术的效果都要好。To investigate the effects of factors such as the placement position,the amount of gold plating,and soaking time on the performance of vacuum coating technology for difficult objects,a series of detailed experiments were conducted.The Ruiying VMD900 Latent Fingermark Developer was used to deeply analyze the influence extent of each factor through the control variable method.Meanwhile,comparative experiments were conducted with Surface Plasmon Resonance technology and oil red O technology.The results show that for the vertical placement of the object,the fingerprint display effect within a range of 3.8~15.0 cm from the chamber door to the bottom is clear and continuous.Secondly,the amount of gold plating has a significant impact on the appearance of fingerprints.When the handprint is relatively new,the optimal gold wire length is 3~4 mm.For waterlogged or aged fingerprints,gold wire length should not exceed 2 mm and uniform gold plating must be ensured.The vacuum coating technology reveals better hand prints on various difficult objects than the other two technologies.
