摘 要:上海市污水处理厂污泥无害化处理率已达100%,污泥资源化利用率也有显著提升。但当前污泥处理处置方式单一,资源化利用效率及技术创新方面仍有待进一步提高。详细回顾了上海市污水处理厂污泥处理处置方式的演变历程,并对当前的处理方式、处置效率及存在的问题进行了深入分析。在国家“双碳”战略的大背景下,结合上海市在垃圾分类实施后垃圾焚烧能力的富裕、排水监管的加强以及泥质的持续改善等新情况,本文立足上海具体实际,综合考虑本市已建污泥处理处置设施现状,借鉴国内外先进经验及技术,提出了针对上海市未来污泥处理和资源化利用方面的发展建议。The harmless sludge treatment rate of wastewater treatment plants in Shanghai has reached 100%,and the resource utilization rate of sludge has also significantly improved.However,the current sludge treatment and disposal methods are simple,and the resource utilization efficiency and technological innovation still need to be improved.This paper has a comprehensive review of the evolution of sludge treatment and disposal methods of wastewater treatment plants in Shanghai.It offers an in-depth analysis on the existing treatment methods,disposal efficiency,and existing problems.In the context of the“Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality”strategy of China,and considering new developments in Shanghai such as increased waste incineration capacity after implementation of waste sorting policy,enhanced drainage regulation,and continuous sludge quality improvement,the local conditions and existing sludge treatment and disposal infrastructure in Shanghai were analysed in this paper.Drawing on advanced domestic and international experiences and technologies,recommendations for future development of sludge treatment and resource utilization in Shanghai were proposed in this paper.
