摘  要:农药生产过程中产生大量的农药废盐会对土壤、地下水造成不利影响,其复杂的有机成分导致资源化利用困难。为了解决这一问题,以吡虫啉农药废盐为研究对象,选取了乙腈、丙酮、二氯甲烷和DME 5种溶剂使用萃取法去除去除其中的有机污染物,研究了影响萃取效果的因素,找到了最佳萃取剂并对其萃取方法进行改进。结果表明,质量比、反应时间、极性对萃取均有正向影响,不同溶剂极性和分子结构不同造成萃取产物有所差异,其中甲醇效果最佳,对废盐中有机物的萃取率可达94.01%。采用甲醇萃取+水洗抽滤的方法,可将农药废盐中的有机物和杂质基本去除,回收氯化钠含量可达99.62%,满足工业盐使用标准。该方法简单高效,为农药废盐处理提供了一种新的思路。The pesticide production process may produce a large number of pesticide waste salts that can adversely affect the soil and groundwater,and its complex organic composition makes resource utilization difficult.In order to solve this problem,the pesticide waste salt of imidacloprid was taken as a research object,and five solvents,including acetonitrile,acetone,dichloromethane and DME,were used to remove organic pollutants by using the extraction method,the factors affecting the extraction effect were investigated,and the optimal extractant was found and the extraction method was improved.The results showed that the mass ratio,reaction time and polarity had a positive effect on the extraction,and different solvents with different polarity and molecular structure caused differences in the extraction products,among which methanol was the most effective,and the extraction rate of organic matter in the waste salt could reach 94.01%.By using the method of methanol extraction+water washing and filtration,the organic matter and impurities in the pesticide waste salt can be basically removed,and the content of recovered sodium chloride can reach 99.62%,which meets the usage criteria of industrial salt.The method is simple and efficient,and provides a novel idea for the waste salt treatment of pesticide.
