摘 要:为研究填料对农村污水厌氧滤池启动运行效能,以核桃壳MC和毛毡核桃壳复合填料AC为填料,研究厌氧滤池在水力停留时间18h,温度30±3℃下处理效能,利用三维荧光分析溶解性有机物DOM转化特征,并以高通量测序解析系统菌群结构。结果表明AC在19天后COD去除率为83.8%±1.5%,AC对COD和SS去除性能优于MC。三维荧光光谱显示进DOM以色氨酸蛋白和溶解性微生物代谢产物为主,出水DOM荧光峰强度降低,AC对DOM削减量高于MC。启动完成后Macellibacteroides、Clostridium sensu stricto和Syntrophomonas在AC为核心功能菌属,其相对丰度高于MC,AC和MC中主要产甲烷菌为Methanoregula,Methanolinea,Methanosphaerula和Methanospirillum,在AC中相对丰度高于MC。为快速启动厌氧滤池处理农村污水提供参考依据。In order to investigate the effects of different carriers on start-up performance of anaerobic filter during rural sewage treatment,a modified walnut shell carrier(MC)and an assembly carrier of felt and-walnut shell(AC)were used.A study was carried out in two anaerobic filters under conditions of 30±3℃ and 18h hydraulic retention time,respectively.The degradation and transformation processes of dissolved organic matter(DOM)in the two anaerobic filters was examined with EEM.In addition,the microbial community structures of two anaerobic filters were studied by means of high-throughput sequencing.The results showed that the removal rate of chemical oxygen demand(COD)was 83.8%±1.5%in AC after startup stage of 19 days.The AC showed a better removal rate of COD and SS than MC.The EEM spectra analysis revealed that the DOM in the influent was mainly associated with tryptohan protein and soluble microbial metabolites.The fluorescence peak of DOM in the effluent decreased,while AC showed a better contribution to DOM removal than MC did.In addition,the bacterial community analysis revealed that Macellibacteroides,Clostridium sensu stricto and Syntrophomonas were the core functional genus in AC,with the relative abundance greater than in those of MC at the end of the start-up stage operation.Methanoregula,Methanolinea,Methanosphaerula and Methanospirillum were the predominant methanogens in the two systems,with a greater relative abundance in AC than those in MC.The result of the research provides an important reference for quick startup of anaerobic filter to treat rural sewage.
