摘 要:以核桃壳为原料,通过化学活化法制备高比表面积微孔活性炭。用该活性炭与二苯基二甲氧基硅烷进行键合改性,得到硅烷改性活性炭。用氮气吸附法对改性前后的活性炭进行表征。用改性活性炭吸附苯系物(苯、甲苯、乙苯、邻二甲苯、氯苯、苯乙烯),使用气相色谱进行定量分析,并与未改性活性炭及商品活性炭的吸附性能进行比较。结果表明,在0.1~10.0 mg/mL范围内,6种苯系物的峰高与浓度呈良好的线性关系,气相色谱检测限分别为:37.15,42.64,53.53,60.02,90.04,63.63μg/mL。硅烷改性活性炭的吸附性能最优,对苯、甲苯、乙苯、邻二甲苯、氯苯和苯乙烯的饱和吸附量分别为208.93,98.90,43.56,33.27,45.85,27.83 mg/g。The high specific surface area microporous activated carbon was prepared by chemical activation method using walnut shell as raw material.The silane-modified activated carbon was obtained by diphenyldimethoxysilane bonded with microporous activated carbon.The activated carbon before and after the modification was characterized by the nitrogen adsorption method.The benzene series compounds(benzene,toluene,ethylbenzene,o-xylene,chlorobenzene,styrene)were adsorbed by modified activated carbon,and quantitative analysis by gas chromatography.The adsorption properties of modified activated carbon was compared with the unmodified activated carbon and commercial activated carbon.The results show that the peak heights of six kinds of BTEX are in a good linear relationship with the concentration in the range of 0.1-10.0 mg/mL.The GC detection limits are 37.15,42.64,53.53,60.02,90.04,63.63μg/mL,respectively.The adsorption performance of silane modified activated carbon was optimal and its saturated adsorption amount of benzene,toluene,ethybenzene,o-xylene,chlorobenzene,styrene are 208.93,98.90,43.56,33.27,45.85,27.83 mg/g,respectively.
