摘  要:提出一种环保高效的从工业大麻纤维中提取纤维素的方法,由氯化胆碱和尿素制备的低共熔溶剂(DES)预处理和热活化过氧乙酸(PAA),与传统碱法工艺(TA)处理的纤维相比,该工艺生产的纤维具有更高的韧性(48.64cN)和白度(58.30%)。此外,仅需1.67h,纤维素质量分数达到85%~87%,与6h的TA工艺相当或更好,同时木质素去除率为87.30%(与TA相比为78.29%),残胶率相对较低(与TA相比为4.47%),该工艺有效地去除了大多数非纤维素成分。结果表明,该方法具有效率高、反应时间短、纤维输出质量高等优势。In this study,an environmentally-friendly and efficient method for extracting cellulose from industrial hemp fiber was proposed.Compared with the fiber treated by traditional alkali process(TA),the fiber pretreated by deep eutectic solvents(DES)and thermally activated peracetic acid(PAA)prepared by choline chloride and urea has higher toughness(48.64 cN)and whiteness(58.30%).In addition,it only takes 1.67 h,and the cellulose content reaches 85%-87%,which is higher than that of the fiber treated by TA.At the same time,the lignin removal rate is 87.30%(78.29%compared with TA),and the residual gum rate is relatively low(4.47%compared with TA).This process effectively removes most non-cellulose components.This method has the advantages of high efficiency,short reaction time and high fiber output quality.
