摘  要:采用直读光谱分析仪、金相显微镜、万能试验机等设备分析了某进口废旧铅酸蓄电池破碎机用锤头和国内某替代锤头的成分、力学性能和耐蚀性能。在此基础上,通过成分设计和变质处理开发了一种综合性能较好的新型奥氏体不锈钢。结果表明,变质处理的铸态合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度、伸长率和腐蚀速率分别为595 MPa、295 MPa、31.5%和0.97 g/(m^(2)·h),其抗拉强度略高于进口锤头,而耐蚀性能则提高了近7倍,适于作为废旧铅酸蓄电池破碎机锤头的材质。The composition,mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of a certain type of imported hammerhead and a domestic substitute hammerhead for waste lead-acid battery crusher were investigated by means of direct-reading optical spectrum analyzer,metallurgical microscopy,and universal testing machine.On this basis,a novel austenitic stainless steel with the satisfied comprehensive performance was developed through composition design and modifica⁃tion treatment.The results indicate that the tensile strength,yield strength,elongation and corrosion rate of as-cast alloy after modification are 595 MPa,295 MPa,31.5%and 0.97 g/(m^(2)·h),respectively.The tensile strength is slightly higher than that of imported ones,while the corrosion resistance is increased by nearly 7 times,indicating the suitability for hammerhead of waste lead-acid battery crusher.
