摘　　要：精密铸造作为一种近净成形的先进铸造技术,被广泛应用于航空发动机涡轮叶片的制造生产中。介绍了精密铸造用硅溶胶黏结剂的发展历程及其近期研究进展,突显了其在精密铸造中的重要作用。详细列举了精密铸造用硅溶胶黏结剂常见的改性方法及改性原理,并探讨了优化硅溶胶性能的潜在改性策略。As an advanced near-net shape casting technique,investment casting is widely applied in the manufacturing and production of aero-engine turbine blades.The historical development and recent research progress of silica sol bind⁃ers for investment casting were reviewed,emphasizing the indispensable role in investment casting.The common modi⁃fication approaches and mechanisms of silica sol binders for investment casting were given,and potential modification strategies for silica sol to achieve optimized performance were discussed.
