摘 要:通过定向凝固试验研究了冷却速度对ADC12铝合金凝固组织演变及力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着冷却速率增加,ADC12铝合金组织的枝晶间距呈减小趋势且晶粒取向趋于一致,当冷却速率≥1.5℃/s时,枝晶间距减小趋势明显减缓。冷却速率为15.5℃/s时,横截面枝晶臂间距为18.28μm,纵截面枝晶臂间距为18.14μm。晶粒细化有助于提升合金的力学性能和硬度,冷却速率为15.5℃/s时,ADC12铝合金的抗拉强度、伸长率和显微硬度(HV)分别达到280.89 MPa、1.76%和98.35。SEM结果显示,ADC12铝合金断口随着枝晶间距减小由脆性断裂向韧性/脆性混合断裂转变,合金断口韧窝增多。Effects of cooling rate on solidification structure evolution and mechanical properties of ADC12 aluminum alloy were investigated through directional solidification experiments.The results indicate that as the cooling rate increases,the dendrite spacing of ADC12 aluminum alloy shows a downward trend and the grain orientation tends to be consistent.When the cooling rate is≥1.5℃/s,the downward trend slows down significantly.With the cooling rate of 15.5℃/s,the distance between dendrite arms in the cross and longitudinal section is 18.28 and 18.14μm,respectively.Grain refinement is helpful to improving the mechanical properties and hardness of alloy,where the tensile strength,elongation and microhardness of ADC12 aluminum alloy reach 280.89 MPa,1.76%and 98.35 HV,respectively.SEM results reveal that the fracture surface of ADC12 aluminum alloy is transformed from brittle fracture to ductile/brittle mixed fracture as the dendrite spacing decreases,and the amounts of dimples on the fracture are increased.
