摘 要:借助Flow-3D模拟软件对汽车后舱初始方案的充填过程进行分析,发现铸件U型槽区域存在卷气风险,样件力学性能检验也发现该U型槽位置力学性能不合格。进一步通过X光探伤确定该铸件U型槽区域存在气孔缺陷。为了提高铸件该区域质量,通过CAE分析优化了排溢系统。基于优化系统生产的样件的X光探伤显示该区域内部结构致密,无明显气孔缺陷,力学性能检测也表明优化方案有效地提高了U型槽处力学性能,平均伸长率提高了30%。Using Flow-3D simulation software to fill the initial solution of the product,it is found that there is a quality risk in the U-shaped groove area of the rear cabin castings.Mechanical performance experiments show that the mechanical properties at the U-shaped groove position are unqualified.Further X-ray inspection was conducted to con⁃firm the presence of porosity defects in the U-shaped groove area of the casting.In order to improve the quality in the area of the casting,the overflow system was optimized.The X-ray inspection results based on products by optimized system reveal that the internal structure of the area is dense without obvious porosity defects.Mechanical experiments show that the optimization scheme effectively improve the mechanical properties of the U-shaped groove,and the aver⁃age elongation is increased by 30%.
