摘  要:为研究海上发射导流槽运动对火箭尾流场的影响,建立某型运载火箭尾部喷管及导流槽组合模型,采用计算流体动力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)软件Fluent基于Realizable k-ε湍流模型和二阶迎风格式,对火箭尾流场进行瞬态数值仿真模拟,研究在导流槽平移和旋转状态下火箭尾流场内速度、压强、温度等参数。结果表明:海上发射船运动引起导流槽的水平运动将使导流面承受的总压显著增大,在部分工况下最大增加70%;随着导流槽旋转角度的增大,导流面的总压随之增大;特定的组合运动会使导流槽出现局部高温和高压。研究结果对运载火箭海上发射导流槽的构型设计及热防护等工作具有参考意义。In order to study the effect of the blast deflector’s movement in sea launch on the rocket wake flow field,a combination model of the tail nozzle and blast deflector for certain type of carrier rocket is established.The Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)software Fluent is used,and based on the Realizable k-εturbulence model and the second-order windward format,a transient numerical simulation model of the wake flow field is established.The velocity,pressure and temperature in the rocket wake flow field are studied under the translational and rotational movement of the blast deflector.The results show that:the horizontal movement of the blast deflector caused by the sea launch ship significantly increases the total pressure on the deflector surface,with a maximal increase of 70%under some operating conditions;as the rotation angle of the blast deflector increases,the total pressure of the deflector surface increases;the specific combination of the movement will cause local high temperature and pressure in the blast deflector.The research results can be used as a reference for the configuration design and thermal protection of the blast deflector for the sea launch of the carrier rocket.
