摘　　要：针对3 500 t自航自升式海上风电安装平台的总体布置设计进行探讨。根据平台主要参数,选取起重机、升降系统和推进器等关键设备进行创新布置设计,并围绕最新生效的规则规范在消防、逃生和防撞舱壁等方面进行有针对性的安全防护布置设计,为同类型海上风电安装平台的总体布置设计提供借鉴。The overall layout design of 3 500 t self-propelled jack-up offshore wind turbine installation platform is explored.According to the main parameters of the platform,the key equipments such as crane,jacking system,and propeller are selected for innovative layout design,and the targeted safety protection layout design is made around the latest effective rules and regulations in terms of firefighting,escape,and anti-collision bulkhead,which can provide reference for the overall layout design of same type of offshore wind turbine installation platform.
