摘　　要：振动是产品服役周期内经历的一种外界环境条件,从产品的运输到使用无时无刻不经历振动,即使是人员背负的形式,也会存在颠振的影响。而产品能够经受这些振动因素影响而不发生故障的前提,就是需要经过振动试验的考核。本文首先对振动试验进行介绍,对振动试验的基本原理有个清晰的认识;随后对振动试验的种类进行详细阐述,为振动试验的设计提供参考依据;最后对振动试验的实施进行阐述,对振动试验实施的步骤、试验过程中的注意事项进行了介绍。通过对振动试验的基本原理、振动试验的种类以及实施进行了说明,为后续试验人员开展振动试验提供指导。Vibration is an external environmental condition experienced in the service cycle of the product,from the transportation of the product to the use of vibration at all times,even in the form of personnel,there will be a bumpy impact.The premise that the product can withstand the influence of these vibration factors without failure is that it needs to undergo vibration test.Firstly,this paper introduces the vibration test,and has a clear understanding of the basic principle of the vibration test.Then the types of vibration te st are elaborated to provide reference for the design of vibration test.Finally,the implementation of vibration test is described,the steps of vibration test implementation and the matters for attention in the test process are introduced.The basic principle,types and implementation of vibration test are explained,which provides guidance for subsequent test personnel to carry out vi bration test.
