摘　　要：以沈阳地铁公安无线通信系统为研究对象,针对既有系统构成复杂、设备老化和急需制式更新等问题,文章提出了一种从泛欧集群无线电(Trans European Trunked Radio,TETRA)制式转入警用数字集群制式的平滑转网方案,分别从公安无线通信系统交换控制中心、无线网、传输链路和业务平台方面进行详细介绍,得出系统应采用兼容PDT与TETRA制式混合组网模式进行平滑过渡,逐步实现PDT制式转网的结论,可为类似项目提供借鉴和实施经验。Taking the wireless communication system of Shenyang metro public security as the research object,a smooth network transition scheme from TETRA standard to PDT standard is proposed to address the problems of complex system composition,aging equipment,and urgent need for standard updates.Detailed introductions are given from the aspects of the public security wireless communication system exchange control center,wireless network,transmission link,and business platform.It is summarized that the system should adopt a hybrid network mode compatible with PDT and TETRA standards for smooth transition,gradually realizing PDT standard to network.Similar projects can also be provided for reference and implementation experience.
