摘　　要：笔记软件“Obsidian”可为公众建立个人数字档案、满足个人数字存档的基本需求,但在工具的使用学习成本、信息过载、隐私安全等方面仍存在一些需要进一步改善的问题。文章基于DIKW模型解读个人数字存档过程,提出档案机构应推进个人数字存档内容数据要素规范化、推动个人数字存档相关信息保护法规出台以及完善笔记软件“Obsidian”个人数字存档方案3个优化路径,助力笔记软件“Obsidian”在个人数字存档中的应用。The note-taking software“Obsidian”can provide a solution for the public to build personal digital archives and meet the basic needs of personal digital archives,but there are still some problems that need to be further improved in terms of the learning cost of using the tool,information overload and privacy security.Based on this,in order to help note-taking software Obsidian to meet the basic needs of the public to establish personal digital archives,the article interprets the process of personal digital archiving based on the DIKW model,and proposes that archival institutions should promote the standardization of data elements of personal digital archiving content,promote the introduction of regulations on the protection of information related to personal digital archiving,and improve the personal digital archiving scheme of the note-taking software Obsidian.
