摘　　要：目的:分析针刺麻醉联合臂丛神经阻滞在锁骨骨折内固定术中的应用。方法:选取2023年6月至2024年6月我院收治的60例接受内固定术的锁骨骨折患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为传统组和联合组,各30例。传统组采用臂丛神经阻滞麻醉,联合组在传统组麻醉的基础上联合针刺麻醉。比较两组麻醉效果、生命体征、视觉模拟(Visual analogue scale,VAS)评分、不良反应情况。结果:联合组麻醉优良率明显高于传统组(P<0.05)。术后,联合组心率(Heart rate,HR)、收缩压、舒张压低于传统组,血氧饱和度(Saturation of peripheral oxygen,SPO_(2))明显高于传统组(P<0.05);联合组术后1、2、4、6 h的VAS评分明显低于传统组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:锁骨骨折内固定术应用针刺麻醉联合臂丛神经阻滞中麻醉效果良好,对生命体征影响较小,可提高术后镇痛效果。Objective:To analyze the application of acupuncture anesthesia combined with brachial plexus block in internal fixation of clavicular fracture.Methods:A total of 60 patients undergoing internal fixation of clavicular fracture in our hospital were selected as the research subjects between June 2023 and June 2024.According to random number table method,they were divided into traditional group and combination group,30 cases in each group.The traditional group was given brachial plexus block,while combination group was given acupuncture anesthesia on the basis of traditional group anesthesia.The anesthesia effect,vital signs,score of visual analogue scale(VAS)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The good rate of anesthesia in combination group was significantly higher than that in traditional group(P<0.05).After surgery,heart rate(HR),systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in combination group were significantly lower than those in traditional group,while saturation of peripheral oxygen(SPO_(2))was significantly higher than that in traditional group(P<0.05).At 1h,2h,4h and 6h after surgery,VAS scores in combination group were significantly lower than those in traditional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture anesthesia combined with brachial plexus block has good anesthesia effect in internal fixation of clavicular fracture,which has few effects on vital signs and can improve postoperative analgesia effect.
