升陷通脉汤辅助瑞舒伐他汀治疗在冠心病中的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:回顾性分析升陷通脉汤辅助瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠心病的临床效果。方法:收集我院2022年1月至2024年1月120例冠心病患者,1:1匹配设计根据治疗方法不同分为联合组(n=60)、对照组(n=60),对照组给予瑞舒伐他汀治疗,联合组加用升陷通脉汤治疗。治疗20d后对比两组疗效,对比两组治疗前、后的中医证候积分、氧化应激反应、炎性因子水平、血脂水平。结果:联合组总有效率(98.33%)高于对照组(86.67%)(P<0.05);治疗20 d后,联合组气短乏力、心悸、胸部隐痛或刺痛、头晕目眩、自汗等中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗20d后,联合组丙二醇、白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、超敏C反应蛋白、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、总胆固醇、三酰甘油指标水平低于对照组,超氧化物歧化酶、一氧化氮、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇指标水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:升陷通脉汤辅助瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠心病疗效确切,能改善临床症状,降低炎性因子水平、氧化应激反应、血脂水平。Objective:To retrospectively analyze the clinical effect of Shengxian Tongmai Decoction assisted rosuvastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 120 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were collected,and the 1:1 matching design was divided into combination group(n=60)and control group(n=60)according to different treatment methods.After 20 days of treatment,the efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the TCM syndrome score,oxidative stress response,inflammatory factor level and blood lipid level were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the combined group(98.33%)was higher than that of the control group(86.67%)(P<0.05);after 20 days of treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes such as shortness of breath and fatigue,palpitations,dull or stabbing pain in the chest,dizziness and self-sweating in the combined group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);after 20 days of treatment,the levels of propylene glycol,interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α,hypersensitive C-reactive protein,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,total cholesterol and triacylglycerol in the combined group were lower than those in the control group.The levels of superoxide dismutase,nitric oxide and HDL cholesterol were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shengxian Tongmai Decoction assisted Rosuvastatin is effective in the treatment of coronary heart disease.It can improve clinical symptoms,reduce inflammatory factors,oxidative stress and lipid levels.
