摘 要:目的:探究维生素A辅助布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年1月至2023年9月期间本院收治的94例小儿支气管哮喘患儿作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患儿分为对照组与研究组,每组各47例。对照组予布地奈德雾化吸入治疗;研究组在对照组基础上采用维生素A辅助治疗,均治疗14 d。治疗后1 m比较两组疗效,于治疗前后比较两组炎症因子、肺功能,并对比两组用药过程中不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的血清白细胞介素(Interleukin,IL)-4、IL-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor necrosis factor,TNF-α)水平均较治疗前显著下降,且研究组的血清IL-4、IL-8、TNF-α水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的第1秒用力呼气容积(Forced Expiratory Volume in One Second,FEV1)、用力肺活量(Forced Vital Capacity,FVC)、呼气峰值流量(Peak Expiratory Flow,PEF)较治疗前显著升高,且研究组的FEV1、FVC、PEF均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组用药期间的不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:小儿支气管哮喘应用维生素A辅助布地奈德雾化吸入治疗能提高疗效,减轻炎症反应,促进肺功能恢复,且安全性较好。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of vitamin A-assisted budesonide nebulization inhalation in the treatment of pediatric bronchial asthma.Methods:94 children with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The children were divided into a control group and a study group using a random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide nebulization inhalation.The study group was treated with vitamin A adjuvant therapy on the basis of the control group for 14 days.The efficacy of the two groups was compared one month after treatment.The inflammatory factors and lung function of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum IL-4,IL-8,and TNF-αin both groups decreased significantly compared to before treatment,and the levels of serum IL-4,IL-8,and TNF-αin the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the FEV1,FVC,and PEF of both groups were significantly increased compared to before treatment,and the FEV1,FVC,and PEF of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during medication(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of vitamin A assisted budesonide nebulization inhalation therapy for pediatric bronchial asthma can improve efficacy,reduce inflammatory reactions,promote lung function recovery,and has good safety.
