贝前列素钠联合他克莫司治疗对原发性肾病综合征患者疗效及肾功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨原发性肾病综合征患者应用贝前列素钠联合他克莫司治疗的效果及对肾功能的影响。方法:选取2022年5月至2024年5月本院收治的90例原发性肾病综合征患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各45例。对照组接受他克莫司单药物治疗;研究组在对照组的基础上联合贝前列素钠治疗。分析比较两组的治疗效果,肾功能及免疫功能。结果:研究组的治疗效果明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的血肌酐(Serum creatinine,SCr)、血尿素氮(Blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、24 h尿蛋白定量(24-hour urinary protein quantity,24h-Upro)、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)水平和CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值均明显升高,且研究组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组肾小球滤过率(Glomerular filtration rate,GFR)、CD8^(+)水平均明显降低,且研究组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:原发性肾病综合征患者采取贝前列素钠联合他克莫司治疗,能提高临床疗效,改善患者肾功能。Objective:To investigate the effect of beprost sodium combined with tacrolimus on renal function in patients with primary nephrotic syndrome.Methods:A total of 90 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to May 2024 were selected as research objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received tacrolimus monotherapy.The study group was treated with beprost sodium on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,renal function and immune function of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The therapeutic effect of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,Serum creatinine(SCr),Blood urea nitrogen(BUN),24-hour urinary protein quantity 24h-Upro,serum creatinine(SCR)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)were measured in 2 groups.,CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)ratio were significantly increased,and the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The Glomerular filtration rate(GFR)and CD8^(+)levels were significantly decreased in both groups,and the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Beprost sodium combined with tacrolimus can improve clinical efficacy and renal function in patients with primary nephrotic syndrome.
