运用德尔菲法探讨《临床流行病学》教学质量社会评价指标体系

摘　　要：目的:探讨临床流行病学教学质量社会评价的方法,拟建立临床流行病学教学质量社会评价的指标体系。方法:采用德尔菲法(Dephi法)确定临床流行病学教学质量社会评价的指标体系。通过第1轮专家咨询修改指标体系;在第2轮咨询中采用层次分析法确定各指标的权重。结果:通过两轮咨询建立了包括4个一级指标15个二级指标的临床流行病学教学质量社会评价的综合评价指标体系,确定的4个一级指标分别是:思想品德评价(24分)、知识评价(17分)、能力评价(28分)、业绩评价(30分)。结论:德尔菲法与层次分析法对于建立临床流行病学教学质量社会评价体系有较好的实用价值,但仍需要在实际应用中进一步的验证和完善。Objective:To explore the method of social evaluation of clinical epidemiology teaching quality,and to establish an index system to evaluate the social evaluation of clinical epidemiology teaching quality.Methods:The index system of social evaluation of clinical epidemiology teaching quality was determined by Dephi method.Revise the index system through the first round of expert consultation;In the second round of consultation,the analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weight of each indicator.Results:A comprehensive evaluation index system of social evaluation of clinical epidemiology teaching quality was established through two rounds of consultation,which included 4 first-level indexes and 15 second-level indexes.The four first-level indexes identified were:ideological and moral evaluation(24 points),knowledge evaluation(17 points),ability evaluation(28 points)and performance evaluation(30 points).Conclusion:Delphi method and Analytic hierarchy process have good practical value for establishing social evaluation system of clinical epidemiology teaching quality,but it still needs to be further verified and perfected in practical application.
