摘  要:C_(6)F_(12)O具有良好的环保特性和绝缘性能,在中低压气体绝缘设备中具有良好的应用前景。为探究气体绝缘设备内部的微水对C_(6)F_(12)O/CO_(2)混合气体绝缘性能和分解特性的影响,本文搭建气体工频击穿试验平台,测试0~1000μL/L微水浓度范围内0.14 MPa气压下4%C_(6)F_(12)O/96%CO_(2)混合气体的击穿电压,分析不同微水浓度对混合气体工频击穿特性的影响。使用气相色谱质谱联用仪(GC-MS)定性定量分析C_(6)F_(12)O/CO_(2)混合气体工频击穿后分解产物的种类和浓度,获得微水浓度对击穿分解产物浓度和有效产气速率的影响规律。结果表明:微水会降低C_(6)F_(12)O/CO_(2)混合气体的工频击穿电压。C_(6)F_(12)O/CO_(2)混合气体的主要击穿分解产物为CF_(4)、C_(2)F_(6)、C_(3)F_(6)、C_(3)F_(8)、C_(3)F_(7)H、CF_(2)O、C_(4)F_(10)、C_(5)F_(12)和CF_(3)H,其中CF_(4)、C_(2)F_(6)和C_(3)F_(7)H的浓度及有效产气速率与微水浓度呈正相关,CF_(4)、C_(2)F_(6)、C_(3)F_(6)、C_(3)F_(8)、C_(3)F_(7)H的浓度与击穿次数呈正相关。综合考虑绝缘性能和分解特性,建议在工程应用中严格控制C_(6)F_(12)O/CO_(2)混合气体设备内部微水的浓度,同时提高设备微水的检测频率。C_(6)F_(12)O has good environmental protection characteristics and insulation properties,and has good application prospects in medium and low voltage gas-insulated equipment.In order to explore the influence of micro-water inside the gas-insulated equipment on the insulation performance and decomposition characteristics of C_(6)F_(12)O/CO_(2) gas mixture,a gas power frequency breakdown test platform was set up,and the breakdown voltage of 4%C_(6)F_(12)O/96%CO_(2) gas mixture unde 0.14 MPa pressure within the range of 0-1000μL/L micro-water concentration was studied.The influence of differen micro-water concentration on the power frequency breakdown characteristics of gas mixture was analyzed.The types and concentrations of the decomposition products of C_(6)F_(12)O/CO_(2) gas mixture were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)after breakdown,and the influence laws of micro-water concentration on the concentration of breakdown decomposition products and effective gas production rate were obtained.The results show that micro-water will reduce the power frequency breakdown voltage of C_(6)F_(12)O/CO_(2) gas mixture.The main breakdown decomposition products of C_(6)F_(12)O/CO_(2) gas mixture are CF_(4),C_(2)F_(6),C_(3)F_(6),C_(3)F_(8),C_(3)F_(7)H,CF_(2)O,C_(4)F_(10),C_(5)F_(12),and CF_(3)H,among them,the concentration and effective gas production rate of CF_(4),C_(2)F_(6),and C_(3)F_(7)H are positively correlated with the micro water concentration,and the concentration of CF_(4),C_(2)F_(6),C_(3)F_(6),C_(3)F_(8),and C_(3)F_(7)H are positively correlated with the breakdown times.Considering the insulation performance and decomposition characteristics,it is recommended to strictly control the concentration of micro-water inside the C_(6)F_(12)O/CO_(2) gas mixtures equipment during engineering application,and increase the test frequency of micro-water in the equipment.
