摘 要:沁伊高速黄河特大桥主桥为(85+25×100)m连续组合梁桥,为选取合适的主梁形式,结合项目建设条件,选取工字钢-混组合梁、整体钢-混组合箱梁及双边箱组合梁方案进行对比。从结构整体性、桥面板局部受力、施工便捷性、工程经济性、运营维修养护及景观效果等角度综合考虑,最终选用整体钢-混组合箱梁方案。主桥主梁采用混凝土桥面板+斜腹板槽形钢主梁组成的箱形等截面组合梁。主梁总高4.8 m,宽16.5 m,其中钢梁高4.5 m,桥面板厚0.28 m。采用优化钢梁上翼缘宽厚比、控制高腹板稳定性、改善桥面板多体系受力和采取负弯矩区桥面板防裂措施等多项设计关键技术,保证了主梁承载力、腹板稳定性、桥面板耐久性以及结构经济性。结构受力分析结果表明:钢梁抗弯(剪)承载力、桥面板承载力、裂缝宽度和腹板稳定性等均满足规范要求。A Huanghe River Bridge carrying a section of the Qinyang-Yichuan Expressway is designed to be a continuous composite girder bridge with a span of 85 m and 25 spans of 100 m.Three options,including the composite superstructure of steel I-girders and concrete panels,the composite superstructure of integral steel girders and concrete panels,and the composite superstructure of double steel edge box girders and concrete panels,were compared from aspects of structural integrity,localized stresses in deck panels,construction efficiency,economy,and maintenance challenges.The composite prismatic superstructure of integral steel girders(with inclined webs)and concrete panels was finally selected.The superstructure measures 16.5 m wide,with a total depth of 4.8 m(4.5 m-high steel girder and 0.28 m-thick concrete panel).Multiple measures were taken to improve the load-bearing performance of the superstructure,the stability of the webs,durability of the concrete panels and the economy of the bridge structure,including optimizing the width-thickness ratio of the top flanges of the steel girders,controlling the stability of the high webs,improving the multi-system load bearing performance of the concrete panels and enhancing the cracking resistance of the concrete panels in the hogging moment zones.The analysis demonstrates that the parameters,including the flexural strength,shear strength,load bearing capacity of concrete panels,crack widths and web stability,all met the code requirements.
