摘  要:试验旨在研究饲粮中添加胍基乙酸(GAA)、酿酒酵母菌和纤维素酶复合物(SCC)对公羊血清生化指标、精液品质及抗氧化指标的影响。选择体重(75.0±2.5) kg、健康的杜泊公羊24只,随机分为6组,每组4个重复,每个重复1只公羊。采用3×2双因素完全随机试验设计,按照GAA (0,0.03%,0.06%)×SCC(0,0.01%)分为6组,分别为(G0组、G1组、G2组、G3组、G4组和G5组)。预试期7 d,正式试验期60 d。结果显示:0.06%GAA组显著提高了公羊血清总蛋白(TP)、胰岛素(INS)、生长激素(GH)、睾酮(TE)含量和谷草转氨酶(AST)活性(P<0.05),显著降低葡萄糖(GLU)含量(P<0.05);0.01%SCC组显著提高TP含量(P<0.05);GAA×SCC对TP、白蛋白(ALB)、 GH和TE具有显著互作效应(P<0.05)。0.06%GAA组和0.01%SCC组显著提高了公羊精子活力和质膜完整性(P<0.05),显著降低了精子畸形率(P<0.05);GAA×SCC对精液品质指标均有显著互作效应(P<0.05)。0.06%GAA组显著提高了公羊精浆和血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)(P<0.05);0.01%SCC组显著提高了血清SOD活性;显著提高精浆和血清T-AOC (P<0.05),显著降低了精浆和血清中丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.05);GAA×SCC对SOD、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)活性、MDA含量及T-AOC具有显著互作效应(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲粮中同时添加0.06%GAA和0.01%SCC,能够有效提高公羊的射精量、精液品质、睾酮含量及蛋白含量,提高机体精浆和血清抗氧化能力。The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of adding guanidine acetic acid(GAA),s.cerevisiae and cellulase complex(SCC) to the diet on the serum biochemical indexes,semen quality,and antioxidant indexes of rams.A total of 24 healthy Dorper rams with a body weight of(75.0±2.5) kg were randomly divided into six groups,with four replicates per group and one ram per replicate.Using a 3×2 factorial completely randomized trial design was employed,with GAA(0,0.03%,0.06%) × SCC(0,0.01%) to form six groups,namely(G0,G1,G2,G3,G4,and G5 groups).The preliminary period lasted seven days,and the formal period lasted 60 days.The results showed that the 0.06% GAA group significantly increased the total protein(TP),insulin(INS),growth hormone(GH),testosterone(TE) content,and aspartate aminotransferase(AST) activity in the serum(P<0.05),and significantly decreased glucose(GLU) content(P<0.05).The 0.01% SCC group significantly increased TP content(P<0.05),the GAA×SCC had significant interactive effects on TP,albumin(ALB),GH,and TE(P<0.05).The 0.06% GAA group and the 0.01% SCC group significantly improved ram sperm vitality and membrane integrity(P<0.05),and significantly reduced sperm deformity rate(P<0.05),the GAA×SCC had significant interactive effects on semen quality indicators(P<0.05).The 0.06% GAA group significantly increased the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) in the seminal plasma and serum(P<0.05),the 0.01% SCC group significantly increased serum SOD activity,significantly increased seminal plasma and serum T-AOC(P<0.05),and significantly decreased malondialdehyde(MDA) content in seminal plasma and serum(P<0.05),the GAA×SCC had significant interactive effects on SOD and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) activity,MDA content,and T-AOC(P<0.05).The study indicates that the simultaneous addition of 0.06% GAA and 0.01% SCC in the diet can effectively improve the ejaculate volume,semen quality,testosterone content,and protein content,enhance the antioxidant capacity in seminal
