摘  要:试验旨在探究大豆-玉米混合青贮对肉牛生长性能、养分表观消化率及瘤胃发酵参数的影响。试验选取体重为(350±23) kg的西门塔尔杂交牛48头,随机分为3组,每个组4个重复,每个重复4头肉牛。对照组饲喂玉米青贮,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组分别用50%和100%大豆-玉米混合青贮替代玉米青贮。预试期7 d,正式试验期60 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ组肉牛平均日增重显著升高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组肉牛酸性洗涤纤维和磷的表观消化率显著升高(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组中性洗涤纤维的表观消化率显著升高(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组养殖增重收入和利润显著提高(P<0.05)。研究表明,采用100%大豆-玉米混合青贮替代玉米青贮,能够促进肉牛生长,提高养分表观消化率和经济效益。The experiment was conducted to study the effects of soybean-corn mixed silage on the growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,and rumen fermentation parameters of beef cattle.A total of 48 Simmental crossbred cattle with a body weight of about(350±23) kg were randomly divided into three groups,each group had four replicates,with four beef cattle per replicate.The control group was fed whole corn silage,and 50% and 100% whole corn silage were replaced by soybean-corn mixed silage in groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ,respectively.The pre-test period was seven days and the formal test period was 60 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily weight gain of beef cattle in group Ⅱ was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the ratio of feed to gain was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of acid detergent fiber and phosphorus in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ,and neutral detergent fiber in group Ⅱ were significantly increased(P<0.05).The weight gain income and profit of beef cattle in group Ⅱ were significantly increased(P<0.05).The study indicates that replacing corn silage with 100% soybean-corn mixed silage can promote the growth of beef cattle,enhance the nutrient apparent digestibility and economic benefits.
