摘  要:试验旨在探究板栗苞单宁酸对断奶仔猪生长性能、腹泻率、肠道形态和肠道微生物的影响。选取120头28日龄的“杜×长×大”三元杂交断奶仔猪,随机分成5组,每组4个重复,每个重复6头仔猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,低剂量板栗苞单宁酸组饲喂基础饲粮+500 mg/kg板栗苞单宁酸,中剂量板栗苞单宁酸组饲喂基础饲粮+750 mg/kg板栗苞单宁酸,高剂量板栗苞单宁酸组饲喂基础饲粮+1 000 mg/kg板栗苞单宁酸,栗木单宁酸组饲喂基础饲粮+750 mg/kg栗木单宁酸。预试期7 d,正式试验期28 d。结果显示,低、中剂量板栗苞单宁酸组与栗木单宁酸组平均日采食量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),各试验组平均日增重、末重均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),1~28 d各试验组腹泻率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。各试验组十二指肠绒毛高度高于对照组(P>0.05),中剂量板栗苞单宁酸组回肠绒毛高度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。各试验组均可显著提高肠道Simpson指数和Shannon指数(P>0.05)。低、高板栗苞单宁酸组、栗木单宁酸组有降低变形菌门相对丰度的效果(P>0.05)。研究表明,板栗苞单宁酸具有提高仔猪生长性能、降低腹泻率的效果,可改善仔猪肠道形态,增加肠道菌群α多样性,在断奶仔猪饲粮中添加750 mg/kg板栗苞单宁酸效果较好。The experiment aimed to explore the effects of chestnut bur tannic acid on the growth performance,diarrhea rate,intestinal morphology,and intestinal microbial of weaned piglets.A total of 120 'Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire'crossbred weaned piglets at 28 days of age were selected and randomly divided into five groups,with four replicates per group and six piglets per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet.The low-dose chestnut bur tannic acid group was fed the basal diet supplemented with 500 mg/kg of chestnut bur tannic acid.The medium-dose chestnut bur tannic acid group was fed the basal diet supplemented with 750 mg/kg of chestnut bur tannic acid.The high-dose chestnut bur tannic acid group was fed the basal diet supplemented with 1 000 mg/kg of chestnut bur tannic acid.The chestnut wood tannic acid group was fed the basal diet supplemented with 750 mg/kg of chestnut wood tannic acid.The pre-test lasted for 7 days and the experiment lasted for 28 days.The results showed that the average daily feed intake of the low-and medium-dose chestnut bur tannic acid groups and the chestnut wood tannic acid group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The average daily weight gain and final weight of experimental groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The diarrhea rate of experimental groups from day 1 to day 28 was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The villus height of the duodenum in experimental groups was higher than that of the control group(P>0.05),and the villus height of the ileum in the medium-dose chestnut bur tannic acid group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The experimental groups could significantly increase the Simpson and Shannon indices of the intestine(P>0.05).The low-and high-dose chestnut bur tannic acid groups and the chestnut wood tannic acid group had the effect of reducing the relative abundance of Proteobacteria(P>0.05).The study indicates that chestnut bur tannic acid has the e
