摘　　要：酸化剂作为促生长类抗生素的替代品,已经被广泛应用于畜禽养殖生产中。酸化剂具有降低胃肠道pH值、促进仔猪生长、降低仔猪腹泻率及缓解仔猪断奶应激等作用,其中在缓解仔猪断奶应激方面效果尤其突出。仔猪在断奶过程中面临着生理和行为上的双重挑战,酸化剂可通过调节肠道环境来提高仔猪对饲料的利用率,从而改善仔猪的生长性能和整体健康状态。近年来,关于酸化剂在断奶仔猪养殖中的研究逐渐增多。文章综述了酸化剂的生物学功能及其在断奶仔猪养殖中的研究进展,为其在畜牧养殖中的进一步应用提供参考。As a substitute for growth-promoting antibiotics,acidifiers have been widely used in livestock and poultry production.Acidifiers have the effects of lowering the pH value of the gastrointestinal tract,promoting the growth of piglets,reducing the incidence of diarrhea in piglets,and alleviating weaning stress in piglets,with particularly outstanding effects in alleviating weaning stress in piglets.Piglets face both physiological and behavioral challenges during weaning.Acidifiers improve feed utilization by regulating the intestinal environment,thereby improving growth performance and overall health of piglets.In recent years,more and more studies have been conducted on acidifiers in weaned piglet breeding.In this paper,the biological functions of acidifiers and their research progress in weaning piglet breeding were reviewed,which provided reference for their further application in animal husbandry.
