摘 要:弹上电子部件会随弹经历多个任务阶段,在加速寿命试验中各阶段独立设计,不考虑任务阶段间的影响,会给试验结果带来很大偏差。对此,提出一种Weibull分布下面向任务阶段的加速寿命试验综合设计方法。基于弹上部件在不同任务阶段的敏感应力分析,构建分段加速寿命模型;采用分层混合设计方法确定试验总体剖面,解决不同阶段应力水平的组合问题;采用基于失效率的变应力加速寿命试验模型进行整体设计,以正常应力条件下产品中位寿命估计的渐近方差最小为优化准则,采用极大似然估计理论,构建试验综合设计的数学模型,实现非恒定形状参数的Weibull分布下分阶段加速寿命试验的综合设计。对某型弹上电子部件的两阶段加速寿命试验进行综合设计,分析表明采用该方法得到的试验方案考虑了前一阶段试验对后一阶段的影响,比各阶段独立设计所得方案的寿命估计精度高。The electronic components on the missile undergo multiple task stages,and the plan of each stage is inde⁃pendently designed in the accelerated life test without considering the influence between stages,bringing significant deviation to the test results.A comprehensive design method for the task-oriented accelerated life test plan under Weibull distribution is proposed.Based on the sensitive stress analysis at different stages,a segmented accelerated life model is constructed.The hierarchical hybrid design method is used to determine the overall test profile to solve the problem of stress level combination in different stages.Then,the failure rate-based variable stress accelerated life test model is employed to design the two-stage overall plan.Taking the asymptotic variance of the median life estimation of the product under normal stress conditions as the optimization criterion,we adopt the maximum likelihood estimation theory to construct the mathematical model of the comprehensive design,so as to realize the accelerated life test de⁃sign under Weibull distribution with the non-constant shape parameter in stages.The two-stage accelerated life test for the missile-born electronic component is comprehensively designed.And the analysis shows that the test plan by the proposed method considers the influence of the previous stage test on the later stage,and the life estimation accuracy is higher than that of the plan independently designed at each stage.
