摘　　要：目的探讨中药对糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)患者双侧胫神经H反射的影响。方法选取2019年7月—2022年6月安溪县中医院收治的120例DPN患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法分成对照组(n=60,常规西药)和研究组(n=60,在常规西药联合温经散寒中药)。比较两组临床疗效、胫神经H反射潜伏期、神经传导速度、不良反应发生率。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,研究组双侧胫神经H反射潜伏期均短于对照组,腓总神经、正中神经、胫神经的运动神经传导速度及正中神经、左侧腓浅神经、右侧腓浅神经的感觉神经传导速度均快于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论中药应用于DPN患者治疗中,能够提高临床疗效和神经传导速度,缩短胫神经H反射潜伏期,且用药安全性较高。Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on H reflex of bilateral tibial nerve in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods A total of 120 patients with DPN admitted to Anxi County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from July 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.Ac-cording to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(n=60,conventional Western medicine)and study group(n=60,conventional Western medicine combined with Wenjing Sanhan Chinese medicine).The clini-cal efficacy,tibial nerve H reflex latency,nerve conduction velocity and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically sig-nificant(both P<0.05).After treatment,the H reflex latency of bilateral tibial nerves in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the motor nerve conduction velocity of the common peroneal nerve,median nerve and tibial nerve and the sensory nerve conduction velocity of the median nerve,left superficial peroneal nerve and right su-perficial peroneal nerve in the study group were faster than those in the control group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of DPN pa-tients can improve the clinical efficacy and nerve conduction velocity,shorten the H reflex latency of tibial nerve,and the safety of medication is high.
