摘　　要：目的分析老年糖尿病患者接受跨理论模型下护理干预的效果。方法选取2023年5月—2024年4月昆山市第六人民医院内分泌科收治的108例老年糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据护理方法不同分为两组,各54例。对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组采取跨理论模型下护理干预。比较两组血糖控制效果、自我管理行为及服药依从性评分。结果干预后3个月、6个月,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。干预后3个月、6个月,观察组自我管理行为及服药依从性评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论跨理论模型下护理干预可显著改善老年糖尿病患者的服药依从性及自我管理行为,有效调节血糖水平。Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention under the cross-theoretical model on elderly dia-betic patients.Methods A total of 108 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus admitted to the Department of Endocri-nology of Kunshan Sixth People's Hospital from May 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the research objects.Ac-cording to different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups,54 cases in each group.The control group re-ceived routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received nursing intervention under the cross-theoretical model.The blood glucose control effect,self-management behavior and medication compliance scores were compared between the two groups.Results At 3 months and 6 months after intervention,the levels of fasting blood glu-cose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).At 3 months and 6 months after in-tervention,the scores of self-management behavior and medication compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing in-tervention under the cross-theoretical model can significantly improve the medication compliance and self-management behavior of elderly diabetic patients,and effectively regulate blood glucose levels.
