摘　　要：目的探讨老年糖尿病视网膜病变患者激光治疗后发生黄斑水肿的影响因素。方法选取2022年5月—2023年10月泉州市第一医院眼科收治的118例老年糖尿病视网膜病变患者,根据是否发生黄斑水肿分为观察组(58例)和对照组(60例)。两组均进行3次激光治疗,单因素分析观察组与对照组临床资料的差异,并开展二元Logistic回归分析老年糖尿病视网膜病变患者激光治疗后发生黄斑水肿的影响因素。结果两组糖尿病病程、糖尿病视网膜病变分期比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。二元Logistic回归分析显示,糖尿病病程≥5年、糖尿病视网膜病变分期Ⅲ期均是老年糖尿病视网膜病变患者激光治疗后发生黄斑水肿的危险因素(P均<0.05)。结论经过激光治疗后的老年糖尿病视网膜病变患者发生黄斑水肿的风险较高,可能受糖尿病病程、糖尿病视网膜病变分期等因素的影响。Objective To investigate the influencing factors of macular edema in elderly patients with diabetic retinopa-thy after laser treatment.Methods A total of 118 elderly patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted to the Department of Ophthalmology of Quanzhou First Hospital from May 2022 to October 2023 were selected.According to whether macular edema occurred,they were divided into observation group(58 cases)and control group(60 cases).The two groups were treated with three times laser treatments.Univariate analysis was used to analyze the differences in clinical data between the observation group and the control group,and binary Logistic regression was used to analyze the influ-encing factors of macular edema in elderly patients with diabetic retinopathy after laser treatment.Results There were significant differences in the course of diabetes and the stage of diabetic retinopathy between the two groups(both P<0.05).Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that the course of diabetes≥5 years and stageⅢof diabetic retinopa-thy were risk factors for macular edema after laser treatment in elderly patients with diabetic retinopathy(both P<0.05).Conclusion The risk of macular edema in elderly patients with diabetic retinopathy after laser treatment is higher,which may be affected by factors such as the course of diabetes and the stage of diabetic retinopathy.
